Forme is newly launched, but the work isn't.
For the past two years we've been quietly making flatlays for independent clothing brands under private arrangements. These are notes from founders who worked with us before we opened our doors as Forme Studio.
“We photograph 40 pieces a season on a shoestring. The line sheet came back looking like we had a full studio behind us, and every smocking detail was still exactly right.

The Forme Quality Standard
How accurate is the final flatlay compared to my real garment?
We treat your phone photos as a specification, not a suggestion. Every button, placket, embroidery placement, and hem finish is matched against what you send. If something is unclear, we ask before we guess. Our guarantee: if a construction detail in your delivery doesn't match your reference, we'll fix it at no charge.
How many revisions are included?
Every image includes one full revision round. You can adjust shadow weight, fold styling, background tone, crop, or any detail that feels off. Need more than one round? We'll quote it upfront, usually with a small per-image fee, so there are no surprises.
Will my designs and photos stay confidential?
Always. We never publish, resell, repurpose, or train on your imagery. Pre-launch collections can be handled under NDA, and we delete working files after final delivery unless you ask us to keep them for a retainer.
What kind of phone photos work best?
A single front shot in natural daylight, laid flat on a plain surface, is usually enough. The garment should be fully in frame, in focus, and free of heavy shadows. Back views, detail shots, and tag closeups are helpful add-ons, but not required for every piece.
What about tricky fabrics like sheer, sequined, or heavily textured pieces?
Send a closeup detail shot alongside the main photo. We handle lace, eyelet, knit cables, silk sheen, and reflective trims regularly. The more we can see the real texture, the more faithfully we can reproduce it.
How fast will I get my images?
Most collections are delivered within 3 to 4 business days of upload. Larger drops or retainer work get a clear timeline when you book. If we're ever going to miss a window, you'll know before you send the files.
Can you match the look of my existing catalog?
Yes. Share a few reference images from your current site or line sheet and we'll match lighting style, shadow depth, crop ratio, and background tone so the new flatlays drop right into your existing grid.
